A system upgrade will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, beginning at 6:00am. Maintenance may take up to 6 hours.
During This Time

Branches will be closed on Saturday, October 4th.

Online/Mobile Banking, ITM and ATMs will be unavailable.

Debit cards will be in offline mode*

*During the maintenance period, debit cards will function with a reduced offline limit, however it is possible that you could encounter intermittent issues with purchase authorizations. As a backup, we recommend having a second payment method available during the maintenance period.

Credit Cards will continue to work as normal.
How To Plan Ahead
Together we can limit the inconvenience. To prepare for the account downtime and temporary limits on debit transactions, we encourage you to complete any important transactions prior to the system maintenance:

If you need to visit a branch, please do so on or before Friday, October 3rd.

Have access to a backup payment method such as cash or your Health Advantage credit card.

Complete any important online or mobile transactions prior to the downtime.
