Please Note: SecurLOCK Equip mobile app is transitioning to a new credit/debit card monitoring product, Card Suite Lite, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. 

In an effort to provide the latest fraud protection available, Health Advantage is excited to announce Card Suite Lite to give you control over all your credit/debit cards! If you previously were using SecurLOCK Equip, we have upgraded to Card Suite Lite, with new features that make it easier than ever to manage your cards and spending, including more information about your transactions, such as enriched merchant names and logos.

Health Advantage Credit Union’s SecurLOCK Equip will be replaced by Card Suite Lite on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. 

Download Card Suite Lite to take control of your cards: 

• Freeze or unfreeze your card
• Get instant transaction alerts
• Set monthly or transaction spending limits
• Control where and how your card can be used
• See enriched merchant names and even logos

Current SecurLock Equip Members:

1. Download the Card Suite Lite app from Google Play^TM store or the App Store^®
2. Anytime after 6 a.m. CST on March 11th, log in to Card Suite Lite with your existing SecurLock Equip username
3. Continue ontinue through a validation process to setup your new password with Card Suite Lite
4. Follow the remaining prompts to complete the new app setup, validate Card Controls and if required, establish new Card Controls and Alerts once registered
5. Reset your location preferences, as they will not transfer

New Users:

1. Download the Card Suite Lite app from your mobile device app store beginning March 11, 2025
2. Follow the steps to connect your Health Advantage credit/debit cards.
3. Set card parameters.
4. Enjoy the added security and spending control that comes with Card Suite Lite.
