*Official Rules: Health Advantage Federal Credit Union (Credit Union) is giving away two tickets as a pair to the showing of Dear Evan Hansen on March 20, 2025, at Midland Center for the Arts (prize). A person entering for a chance to win the prize (Entrant) must be 18 years of age or older to enter. The Entrant does not need to be a member of the Credit Union. One entry per person. Entrants must go to the Credit Union’s Midland location, 5004 Eastman Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48640, during business hours and complete an entry form in branch. There is only one prize and there will only be one winner. Winner will be drawn and announced on March 17, 2025. Winner will be contacted and must respond within 24 hours to claim tickets. If the winning Entrant does not respond, the prize is forfeited or the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, the prize will be awarded to the first alternate. Tickets must be picked up at the event Will Call on the night of the performance. Tickets are not for resale. Actual odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry shall have a chance of winning the prize that is equal to that of all other entries.
By entering, the Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, as may be amended, and to accept the decisions of the Credit Union as final. Entrants also agree to hold the Credit Union and their officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents harmless from any liability arising from participation, or the acceptance of any prize. The Credit Union and their officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages of Entrants and/or the winner arising from, or in connection with, acceptance of the prize awarded or participation. The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify Entrants and/or the winner who fails to follow these Official Rules, as same may be amended, or who make any misrepresentations relative the drawing and prize.
By participating, each winning entrant grants the Credit Union the right and permission to use the winning Entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness and prize won in promotional and other materials, via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised worldwide, in perpetuity, without any further or additional notice, attribution, permission or compensation (other than the prize(s) won), except where prohibited by law. The winning Entrant further agrees that their name and prize won may be revealed to other Entrants upon request. The winning Entrant is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the prize, unless otherwise indicated.
