SCAM ALERT: Members have reported receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be from Health Advantage’s Fraud Department stating the member’s card was compromised. Please remember the Credit Union will NEVER ask for online banking credentials, full debit or credit card numbers (CVV or PIN number), your full social security number or the 6-digit secure access codes sent to your phone or email. Do not share your personal/sensitive information and end the call if you suspect you're not talking to a legitimate representative. How do I enroll in ebanking?

Visit our Online Banking enrollment page or download our app and click Enroll.

              Online banking          Mobile Banking

  1. Enter your Member/account number, Social Security Number and Date Birth, then Continue 
    • Choose/Create a Username and Password following the required specifications listed.
      • User Name requirements: At least 6 characters, 1 letter, 1 number and no special characters
        • Your User Name must be different from your member/account number
      • Password requirements: at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character
  2. Review and Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  3. Select the button for electronic delivery of estatements and enotices (recommended)
  4. Select the "I'm not a Robot" box
  5. Submit

An email will be sent to the email address Health Advantage CU has on file, containing a verification code. It will be from "solutions@healthadvantagecu.com". Enter the code in the popup screen and click submit.
